My name is Dave Donovan.
I am a recovering drug addict and alcoholic currently 87 days sober.
I moved to Denver Colorado three months ago and I am striving to stay sober and be reunited with my children; my wife moved away with our children, I followed them to Denver and committed myself to getting clean and sober in the hopes of being a good daddy to them.
I've always had the "entrepreneurial spirit" and started this blog to record what is probably going to be an interesting set of events.
I find myself sober for the first time in my adult life in the best economy that I have ever seen.
Denver is booming! I am working on two projects that I feel have the potential to take off quite quickly and yield a good income.
My goal is to make $100,000 a year by my own efforts. There is no better place to do this than Denver Colorado.
Besides start-up funds I have all of the tools necessary to achieve this. These pages will either serve as a success story or a cautionary tale; I have commited myself to making a daily entry even if things get ugly.
These posts may just serve as a journal/diary for me. I would be happy with this as keeping a journal seems to help my mindset in general.
Who knows, I'd love to create a community atmosphere and communicate with other addicts, alcoholics, or bi-polar sufferers. These afflictions tend to lead to social isolation. There are many times in the past that I have felt very alone.
I will not promote my businesses on this page, however, you will see some advertising as blogging as a source of income has always been of interest to me.
